So true. When I am eating badly, I am a slave to quilt. So it is a feedom to be in control even though it seems like the opposite.

Yeah I am worried about the workouts too. But, I am tired of spinning my wheels especially with my stomach. They want me on the bike after two weeks and full working out at 6 weeks. I had my appendix out last year and my body got back in shape very quickly.

I think this is a serious issue. It is your body and no one should control what you put in it. Tell him that you are getting married soon and this issue is really troubling you. It is way different if you try to keep each other on track.

I do insanity now and have chalean planned for after the holidays. I like to switch them up every 60 to 90 days. I just got done turbo jam and loved that program.

I love the Beach body cardio... turbo jam and insanity. They are fun and the time goes so quickly.

Just upped mine too to 1300.... I might do more next week. The scale finally started moving again for me as well because of the upage (is that a word?)
