Try taking out artificial sweeteners. I did and lost 10 pounds in three weeks.

I tried it for one week. I ate well and still had leakage issues. i went on a bike ride and enough said.... sooooooooooooooooo not worth that kind of crap.... excuse the pun.

I have tried other whey proteins and I just can't get into it. I have only been able to add it to a smootie to enjoy. But... I really didn't like it.

I agree. Watch the incline. I had to sell my treadmill because I push the incline up to high. (It burns so many more calories but it ruins your legs.

I was at the same point. I read jillian Michael's new book and took some of her advice the last two weeks. I have completely cut out any artifical sweeteners and I have been trying to only eat things from the ground or from an animal. VIOLA ! After 6 months stuck... I lost 9 pounds in two weeks.

The produce numbers were interesting too. What changes are you making? Go see Food, Inc. and watch the trailer too. I have changed the way that I buy meat too because of that movie.

I read it. I stopped using artifical sweetner this week. It is hard but... it really makes sense that our bodies don't understand the processed stuff.

I read the Jillian Michael. Master your metabolism. Basically... it say only eat things that grow from the ground or from a mother. It is pretty informative.

I just bought these new things called... Kim's magic pop. They taste like a cross between a tortilla chip and rice cake they are about 6 in in diameter and are 15 calories. I have been having with salsa.... YUM!

Oscar meyer makes a good 98% fat free bologna. Add slender american cheese. Viola! An old classic.

It sounds crazy but... mint sugarless gum works for me or brushing my teeth. It tricks my brain that I had a treat and because my breath has that "just brushed" feeling: I am less likely to introduce a new food or drink.

I did Boost Your Metabolism tonight and No More Trouble Zones last night. I love on demand. Try the Less is More Cardio. It is one insane half hour. Also Bob's (from Biggest Loser) Bootcamp is awesome too. I figure they get really obese people to lose a 100 pounds. It should work for my last 16 pounds.:bigsmile:

I am so happy that you are turning a negative situation into a positive. I just lost about 26 pounds since Jan 1. I quit smoking about two years ago.
