I love hot sauce and blue cheese crumbles or grilled tomatoes, capers, pine nuts and pasta with chicken with a dash of lemon or I love a salad with spinach, tomatoes, almonds, hearts of palm, articoke hearts, beets and blue cheese crumbles with good seasons just mixed with vinegar.

It is just crazy. I have been eating healthy and working out for three years. Even worked out on the major holidays. I should look great but I don't. Then.. you see someone who ate well for three months and looks fabulous.

You can get vitatops from Costco or the vitatop website. I saw them in many supermarkets. They are awesome.

I am a teacher and I eat a vitatop for breakfast everyday. I always pack my lunch and I never partake in the treats around all of the time. I workout Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday every week religiously. No excuses here. It is a priority. Good luck!

WW did not work for me. I have to count every calorie to lose weight. Nothing is free.

I have been taken syntroid for two years. It is an uphill battle. When having a thyroid issue, do not eat walnuts or have dairy within an hour of taking the medication. Eat mostly whole foods too. My kids and I shreded them with a mandolin into boiling water for about 5 minutes. Spread on a cookie baking sheet with Pam and salt and pepper (I added onions to mine.) So yummy.

I loved it too. I did buy the kettlebell as well. It is a very different workout. My form improves as I get more comfortable with the moves. I am also an intermediate or advanced exerciser and I thought it was challenging. This week, I did a half an hour of cardio before doing it because I am not certain of the calorie…

Turbo Jam is awesome. I lost about 35 pounds using it and eating well. Friends of mine have said ... you are like a freaking infomerical ... you look great. I love it. I do shake it up but always come back to that for a fun workout. Ps. Don't use the weighted gloves for about a month. It will give you a boost then.
