I had done the shred in March and loved it! (ok - some days I hated it...but overall loved it lol) I started it again recently and am on day 7 of level 1 today. I started with 3lb weights in March, then went to 5lbs part way throught the March set. I am using 8lb weights this time. Awesome workout!

I was given some old VHS (that should tell you enough right there) exercise videos not long ago. One is a Tony Little that is so bad I wanted to shut it off, but I couldn't because I was laughing so hard...he was trying to do a Wayne's World type...SO BAD! lol

Ok - so mixed results after 30 days. I am a little bummed because my weight was actually +0.1 lbs this week, so in 30 days I am only down 3.4lbs. Measurement wise...I can only go from day 10 becuase my hubby had issues measuring on day 1. lol So- in the last 20 days, I gained 1" on my left arm and .75" on my right arm. I'm…

Ok - so I finished the 30ds yesterday and I am have a day off today! Instead of starting 6week six pack tomorrow as I had planned, I think I am going to start Tony Horton's Power 90 instead (I think a little Jillian break will do me good lol).
