    We only have a few days left to this challenge. I will be posting the May challenge on Sunday or Monday. If you are wanting in on it let me know before so I can hold your spot. I am still sticking to the 150 spots and everyone that has done this challenge before has first dibs on those spots.

    The biggest losers from this week are....

    1st place goes to Jeannemum with an amazing 6.5 pounds gone in one week! She has lost 10 pounds so far this month!
    2nd place is tina9988 4 pounds
    heatherFP13 took 3rd place with 3.3 pounds gone

    Congrats to everyone that met their goal weight this week!

    4/2 - 165.8 lbs. weighed a day late and got positively surprised!
    4/7 - 164.2 lbs. weighed today cos we're off on holidays tomorrow for a week!!!
    4/15 - 163.8 lbs. weighed late as just back from holidays :D
    4/20 - 165 lbs :(
    4/30 - 162!!!!!!!!! I DID IT!!!!

    totally unexpected to drop 3lbs this week, but happy about it nonetheless!!!! :D

    This was a terrible month for me, so I am really surprised... it makes me think what I could have achieved if i'd not been so naughty!!

    I am so sorry I didn`t see you wanted me to post a challenge for the weekend. I can only think of drinking water, so everyone, drink 8 glasses of water a day. You can do it!!!!!

    Please can I be in again next month? I have had a rubbish week, so really need the motivation :)
