Well...30 days done! I did 10 at each level and never missed a day. I will weigh in and measure in the am (so it's consistant with when I usually do it),so fingers crossed! Hi. I am on day 2 of level 3 today (Day 22 overall). Two weeks ago I started adding 3 days of cardio each week followed by some additional ab work. It is very doable! Good luck!

Level 1 Day 7 is in the books! I started using heavier weights yesterday (from 3 to 5 now...so yes..still itty bitty ones lol) but I feel like I'm making some progress.
