I just finished day 6, but still at level 1. I think I'll watch level 2 tonight to see how daunting it looks. Level 1 is much easier than it used to be, but it's still hard and I sweat like a pig. I still do the modified pushups too. I don't think I've ever done a real pushup!

Haven't done it yet; I will do it as soon as I get home from work. Day 2 done! I get sick of her voice too; I sometimes speak back to her or say the words with her. Day 2 done here as well! Definitely harder than the first day. My arms are a little sore and my upper thighs (not sure why?). I'm using 3 lb weights. For that final set, it got really tough to keep lifting them. All I can say is, thank goodness it's done!

I just started day 1 today and then saw this group! Yay us! I was definitely sweating by the end. Feels like a really good workout. I`m planning to only do 5 days a week though, so I`ll finish after some of you.

I`m 5 10; I haven`t quite decided yet what my UGW will be. My first goal was to get under 200, which I`ve done (start weight - 237). Now I`ve set a goal to get to 175. Then I`ll consult with my doctor and see what she thinks. I`m also focussing on sizes; I`d like to be a size 10.
