5'8" to 5'10" girls! What is your Ultimate Goal Weight?

When I was first starting this, I wanted to be around 120, but now I'm thinking that that's a bit unreasonable. What is your UGW? Do you have before and afters of it? Thanks guys! (:

I'm nowhere close to my goal weight right now, but my personal goal is between 170-180 lbs (a number my doctor gave me). I'm 5'10". :-)0

I'm 5'10. I currently weigh 158lbs and my goal is to get to 140lbs. When i get there i can decided if i need to lose any more!0

I'm 5'9" and hovering around 155 - which I have been for aaaaaaages and it's becoming a little frustrating lol!!
Anyhoo - looking to get to 130 but would love 126. I was 112 when I was 17/18 but I've since gained hips so don't think I'm getting back there now lol!! I've got a small frame :-))0 -

I'm 5'10.5" and my UGW is currently 160-170. Really it is to officially not be considered "overweight" on BMI calculations. When I get there (not if!) I'll evaluate if it is where I want to be. 120 lbs sounds really too small.0

I am 5'10" and have been over 200 lbs since I was in HS (8 years out now, lol)..my goal is to get UNDER 200, I'm 253 and my heaviest has been 270
My UGW is 175-190 but I love to lift weights (I'm happy at 220, but I think I should push for 190), I love my curves and I am DEATHLY afraid of having extra crazy loose skin..I'd rather be a little over weight with big curves then lose the weight and have saggy skin, don't get me wrong I already do have that but not like 10 inches of it off my belly, just a personal prefrance.
My bestie is just an inch shorter than me and is 155, she doesn't work out, never did, she lost 50 lbs in college by just eating small cals, so she has some loose skin, not a ton...
It's interesting to see people at MY height and the different weights we can be..
Like I said, I love to lift weights, my nickname is Amazon So my big thighs aren't going anywhere, lol0 -
I'm 5'10" and my goal weight is 160-165. I'd like to get down to 135 like I was in my 20's but I think that's unrealistic now that I'm in my 50's. At 160 lbs, I will be under 25% body fat and I think that I'd be able to maintain that weight.0

Hi - I'm 5'10" and currently at 170. I would like to be closer to 145-150. A few years back I was around 120 which was really unhealthy for me. It's been a long journey.
I've been tracking my food/excercise for about three weeks and it's hard to stay motivated when you're not seeing results. Any advice?0 -

The rule of thumb I go by is to add 5 lbs for every inch you are over 5' starting at 100. For example a 5' person would be 100. 5'1" would be 105. 5'7" would be 135 and so on. 5'8" would be 140 and 5'9" would be 145 and 5'10" would be 150.0

5'8" with large frame...
Currently at 159 and heading to between 155-157 as goal. Puts me firmly in 10's and some 8's...any less is not attractive on me.0 -

I started out wearing 18/20 and now I wear a size 8 and some size 6.0 -
I'm 5'10" and my UGW is around 155-160. My body looks nice there although it is a bit hard to maintain. I maintain better around 175, so we'll see how I feel when I get there.0

5 9.5 my ultimate goal weight was 170 {from 242} and that put me in a good BMI. BUT when I hit that I adjusted that goal down some...now I am pushing for 150 and would like to maintain in the 150 -160 range once I introduce heavy lifting.0

I am 5'8.5" and I think I would like to have a goal of 140-145lbs.

I'm 5'10 and my goal weight is 165. But I at least want to get into the healthy BMI category (173 and under), and see how I feel - my ultimate goal is to be able to maintain a healthy weight relatively easily. I don't want to get down to 130 or something and then gain 35 back!0

I'm 5'10" and weigh 145. I'm very thin, but I do have a petite frame. In high school I was 130-135 and that was too skinny. I almost think I'm too skinny now. Ideally I would like to get down to 140 but pack on about 10lbs of muscle. My goal is 15% body fat. Right now I'm at 20%.0

I am 5'10" and have never been thin, so I'm not really sure what my UGW is. I've put 160 because that meant an even 100lbs I needed to lose, but my doctor and I have discussed it and she says that we will look at how I'm doing once I get under 200 and we'll set a goal weight together at that time. She thinks it will probably be closer to 175 or so, but she wouldn't commit to that. :laugh:0

I`m 5 10; I haven`t quite decided yet what my UGW will be. My first goal was to get under 200, which I`ve done (start weight - 237). Now I`ve set a goal to get to 175. Then I`ll consult with my doctor and see what she thinks. I`m also focussing on sizes; I`d like to be a size 10.0
