Just finished day 7; it has taken me 1 1/2 weeks, but I'm on track to meet my plan of 5 days a week.

Hello shredders, how is everyone doing? I have completed day 5 of the shred. My plan is to do it 5 days a week, so I'm on track. Except that I planned the 5 days to be M-F, and in reality, I did days 4 and 5 on the weekend. But hey it's done. I'm going to try to stick to M-F this week. I'm still doing level 1, but I may…

Day 3
How is everyone doing with day 3? I did it. I was really trying to pay attention to form today, holding my stomach in, doing the movements precisely. I couldn't quite make it through all the ab work in circuit 3. Had to collapse for a minute. :)
