I use the shakeology for breakfast or for lunch sometimes. I replace a meal or a snack everyday with it. It's much more then a protein shake though. Message me or send a friend request if you want more infor.

I have done Turbo Fire and Chalean Extreme. Love Chalene Johnson! The advanced Fire 60 was my favorite and Fire 45. Oh I like them all. Add me if you would like. I am 11 lbs. from my goal weight doing these programs. MFP really helped to keep track of what I was actually putting in my mouth.

I did Chalean Extreme about 1 1/2 yrs. ago and lost 17 ". I started seeing results after 2 weeks. Right now I'm doing a hybrid with CLX and Brazil Butt Lift. Love them both together!

I use the shakeology everyday. I replace either breakfast or lunch with it. I know I'm getting all my fruits and vegetables in that I need - plus so much more. It keeps me filled up until snack time. Chocolate is my favorite!

I have done both and like Chalean Extreme better. I just like Chalene's style and the length of the workouts are no longer then an hour. It's just an individual choice - both of them will push you and you'll get results. Just make sure you follow the nutrition guide.

I just recently bought a new cup with a straw that's 24 oz. There's something about drinking it from a straw that I drink more often. Plus it's much easier to keep track of what I'm drinking.
