  • This website has helped me so much with focus and support. I wish you all the best!
  • I count it as cardio because it does burn calories, and if your goal is weight loss then calorie counting is the best way to go
  • definitely eat that back. If you consume less than 1200 calories per day your body will start to lose muscle mass. This causes two problems: slows your metabolism down and your muscle is what burns your fat - if you lose muscle your body is burning less fat. I hope this helps!
  • I felt the same way when I started... Its amazing how time flies and easy it is to lose control. Good luck with your workout goals and welcome to myfitnesspal! This website makes it so easy, and if nothing else, it gets you thinking about what you are eating, which half the battle
  • That's awesome! Keep up the good work and welcome to myfitnesspal! I agree this website is really easy to use, and if nothing else gets you thinking more about what you are eating
  • The only thing to really worry about is that your body will start losing muscle mass if you don't eat enough. In the long run this will cause you more weight loss problems because your metabolism will run slower. However, listen to your body. If you are full you are full!
