  • No it just says if every day were like today you would be a certain weight in five weeks. DOnt worry. my number changes everyday. Because three days a week i workout twice a day for an hour. SO that day i burn at least 800 calories and i only intake 1200. So it says in five weeks ill be 111 lbs but the days i dont workout…
  • Well I went with this site just because i went to the dr and she told me if i wanted to lose weight i would have to consume 1200 calories a day. So it was the same amount. I would say try this site for two weeks or so and do as they say and see what happens. If you like it great if not maybe its not for you. Plus once you…
  • Well when you first signed up it asks you your activity level so yes i believe it does take in account for that. That is how they determine how many calories you should burn a week and how many calories you should consume a day.
  • OKay so I wont be able to exercise after i have surgery for at least four weeks. I asked trust me. He said no aerobic activity for at least four weeks then i have to take it easy after that. THis is definately discouraging because I dont know how Im going to be able to lose any weight when I cant workout. Would I just…
  • See I was confused about that myself. My plan and workouts seems to be almost exactly like yours. I feel full at the end of the day and I feel fine. I think as long as you have your 1200 calories you will be fine. I think it maybe just be that they are giving you the option to have more food if your still hungry. Or say…
  • Oh my goodness what your going through is exactly what Ive been going through. From my understanding when your body plateaus you have to work extra hard to keep losing the two lbs a week. If you cant work extra hard it may just take three to four weeks to get back into the swing of things. I dont have the time to work in…
  • Well if you know your going to be workin out you will have some extra calories that you can consume. Just dont consume them all and you will still lose the weight! I mean for example tomorrow Im going to exercise in the morning and have my usual breakfast but im going to the Cowboys vs. Packers game and dangit Im gonna…
  • Hey everyone my name is colleen. Im a massage therapist working full time and a full time student and trying to lose the last ten lbs! I hope this site helps. I have been on it for almost a week and I love it already. I dont have to keep track of my calories with pen and paper just online and i cant wait to see the results.
  • Why thank you.....Im just trying to lose the last ten lbs. ive already lost 16lbs. But i feel that i have reached a plateau because i have been stuck at 129/130 for two weeks now but it feels longer.
  • Well in my case im eating the 1200 calories but when im done exercising i have an extra 400 and it tells me that if i dont eat the 400 calories my body will store it as fat and i wont lose the weight. Has anyone followed it pretty directly and actually ate the extra calories they earned and still lost weight?
  • Thanks for the replys but I know that if i dont maintain at least 1200 calories then the fat will be stored which will make it harder for me to lose weight.....maybe i can try to find a few small items that have quite a few calories. because im afraid that i wont lose the weight if i dont cosume a good portion of those…
  • So i definately can get in the 1200 calories im allowed to have but when i exercise it says i have to eat that many more calories. I cant always eat that amount and at the end of the day when i log my calories and exercise it says im eating too less of calories and putting myself in starvation mode. But I feel full and it…
  • Those of you that have been doing myfitnesspal for awhile has it worked well for you? I would like to hear some stories to help me be reassured that this program will work.
  • Im new to myfitnesspal and it says to have up to 1200 calories a day. Then of course so many carbs and fats and proteins. Well in order to get all my calories i tend to go over the amount of carbs fats and proteins......is that okay?
