I drink tap or filtered at home, because bottled water is less regulated and plastics aren't the greatest for the planet or our bodies.

I like both agave nectar and honey, even though I usually go for raw sugar. :)

Raw almonds are good for you. Invest in a food scale to keep your calories in check though. :)
