  • hey guys haven't had much time this week to check in but I've been shredding away lol hope everyone else is doing good!!
  • I actually got mine at wal mart and it was like 30 dollars and it seems to work pretty well. I have had it for 2 months and haven't had any problems with it. Its really easy to use and set up and everything. I guess it all just depends on what all you want it to do.
  • well here is the big question first time you weighted your self did you weight on the bathroom mat? cause if so you have still lost 105 pounds you just weighted more at the time than you though lol :)

  • Hey guys!! I just started this today and then came on here and BOOM theres already a thread for it!!! This is why I love this site!! lol Week 1 Day 1 Level 2 6 6 4 4 10 I was proud of my self for that last 10 I really didn't think I was going to be able to do the 5 I had to do!!! haha.
  • Doing the 30 day shred by jillian michaels will really get your legs in shape!! Since starting my legs have gotten super firm. Plus everything else gets firm to lol

  • Did get to shred yesterday so I'm just gonna make that my rest day for the week. :) Getting ready to get todays work out in though wish me luck lol I've started level 3 and honestly i think its easier than level 2 hahaha.... when you guys get to level 3 (i've been doing the shred for a while now) let me know what you think.
  • I'm using 5 pound weights. But I don't think I could have if i wouldn't have already been using them to do turbo sculpt for a while. Sometime I wish I was using 3 pound weights but I only have 5 pound ones dang it haha :)

  • I just joined that group!!! :) :) :) I have been doing it with 5 pounds weights since thats what I was using doing Turbo Sculpt with the Turbo Jam DVD and I can usually get through most of the reps just not the "v" raises in level 2 seriously they are KILLER!!
