I do include junk when I eat it. Haven't had any in awhile, for me it's still all or nothing mentality so I have to avoid it all.

Agreed it is a vicious cycle...BUT, you have to suck it up and make a conscious decision to persevere. The fact that you are here admitting your struggles is a first step now take the second step and get your food prepped. Exercise will fall into place as well and you KNOW you will feel so much better once you get back on…

I am in on this. This really tends to be a downfall for me. Goals: no snacks after 800 on weekdays and nothing after 900 on weekends. I tend to be a night owl and midnight if often my bedtime. Looking forward to the accountability of this challenge!!!

There is a challenge starting Saturday 9/12 to lose 20 before Christmas, weigh ins are on Saturday if you are open to changing your weigh in date. Looks like it will be a pretty active group.

I am almost 8 years out, I had the DS in October of 2007. I have let carbs in too much of my diet and gained some back. Working on losing 30 pounds. Yes, it is hard when I have allowed myself to be so lackadaisical with eating habits.

For me planning all of my food out the night before is key. Have low/no carb snacks also helps keep me on track. Try avoiding carbs at all cost again. It is a mind game but you can do it!!!

Yeah....I have to agree that is NASTY!!! Even though I don't officially weigh in until next Tuesday...I know the scale is moving the right direction (yes, I am a scale freak check it all the time).
