Always over. I try to eat stay within 500 cals of my 15% cut of my TDEE. I use custom settings to try to find what works for me.

try to cut back a lot on sweets salt and carbs if you do breads try 100% whole wheat if you can tolerate. Eat fruits and carbs when most active to help burn it off. Also I believe I have lost since i stopped taking them. I think they were bloating and constipating me aggrivating my IBS. ... I am doing Visalus shakes now but eating healthy with any supplement please use wisdom and watch your body signals.

Update - with diet and exercise working out like 4-5 days per week ... the verdict is: They do not work. I stopped taking them.
