I am no expert but I would do cardio first so your muscles are all warmed up and ready to go when you do the weights.

Can I get a AMEN. I work second shift and find it hard to lose weight too. I usually go to bed between 1-2am and set my alarm for 9. It takes me a while to get out of bed and to the gym. I try to do a hr to a half hour before I train.with my trainer, on my days with out my trainer I do hr. of cardio and maybe hafe an hr.…

I work in the medical field the 3-1100 shift so when I eat can vary on whats going on at work. Usually if I eat at 6 I want to eat again. I guess my point is you have to find what works for you.

1. I love photographs and use to take photography classes. I miss it. 2. I really don't like to cook. 3. I just finished my undergrad after being out of school for 20 yrs. 4. I love cats and dogs and always want to pet them when I see them. 5. I use to do synchroniz swimming.
