  • Working out? What's your routine like?
  • I'm kind of in the same boat as you. I'll be 23 next month and it's hard to forgive myself for all the life I missed out on because of me neglecting my health.
  • I was looking at starting this sometime soon. I'm in.
  • I weigh myself once or twice a week, but I only record the weight once or twice a month. This is mostly just to make sure I am making some progress and seeing how my weight fluctuates through the week. Don't get discouraged. • Congrats on the weight loss. I too have hit a plateau, but I feel like I'm slowly breaking it. BTW, you're new pic doesn't do you justice! I can barely see you!
  • If you have time during the weekend to workout, do it. However, if you worked out most weekdays, consider taking one or both of the weekend days off. I work out on the weekends because of the free time.
  • I did CrossFit when I began working out and dieting at the beginning of this year. I did it at least once a week for four months. Haven't been back because I was out of the country for two months and my gym is offering an Olympic weightlifting course that I might pursue instead. But, the CrossFit I attended gave me 10 one…
