I agree about doing both weights and cardio. Weights do burn a lot of calories because often if you are pushing yourself, your heart is pounding and you are getting aerobic exercise at the same time. (At least for me!!!) Also your metabolism stays revved up for much longer after a weight session than a plain cardio…

I hear ya sister! For me, I just recognize those feelings for what they are and I know they will pass. Keep eating well, keep doing your normal exercise routine. I never WANT to exercise, but once I do I always feel better. Maybe try some yoga or other soothing exercise? You are doing great and making so much progress!…

im a red wine lover too!!! ZIG ZAG DIET!!! or calorie cycling... go to http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm , enter your info, and then on the bottom of the calculator click "7 day calorie cycle (zig zag). I actually dont go by what MFP says because I am not convinced they are accurate..they seem a little too broad for me. Here are a few you can try. See if they tell you an avg number that you feel comfortable with. And play around with it! See what works to keep you full of energy but also making improvment.…
