Unfortunately I never completed the 30 day shred. I got to day 13 then birthday/summer activities kicked in and I completely fell off the wagon. I am starting over..TODAY!!!

Thanks for the warning! I've had bad knees for a while now. I will take the proper precautions. I'm getting excited to try this. I will push through all three levels!

I'm in the US. Boston, MA to be exact. I usually use MFP the most M-F 7a-3:30pm (while I am at work sitting at this darn computer all day...) During nights and weekends I use MFP from my phone but mostly to track my meals/workouts.
