I've had my fitbit for 5 months and still love it. I love seeing the number of steps increase and seeing my idle time decrease. My husband and I challenge each other to see who can get the most number of floors, average number of steps per week or most badges. Just be realistic about what you get with the fitbit, it's a…

As of a couple of weeks ago I made the transition to walking outside. I love it. You can get a fitbit from a Best Buy or I ordered mine from Amazon. I made a…

DISCLAIMER: I am not an expert on weight loss. I did notice that you consumed cheese almost daily sometimes twice a day. For some folks cheese makes no difference. I have to watch the amount of cheese. For some odd reason, it slows down / stalls my weigh loss.

Did you have it in the wrist holder? Those 'steps' should show up as 'active.' You may want to check your sensitivity setting. One last suggestion is to post your question on the fitbit website.

Yes it does sync to android. The app is called Fit Wiz.

I followed the Atkins diet years ago and lost about 40 lbs. 20 in one month, BUT I could not maintain and gained it (plus more) slowly back over the next year or two.

Hello fellow 50's !!! 51 soon to be 52 in 2 1/2 months. Sometimes the scale is not our friend. I look at my hard work and occasionally will think about how much easier it came off in my younger years. I have been so focused on the scale that I was shocked when I realized my hips were about 2 inches smaller. That was a…
