I did this for 7 days. (finished yesterday) have lost 5lbs.. I have so much energy... my skin feels fresh and is so clear... I would recommend it to anybody.. just gotta be carefull breaking into food again... I will definately be incorporating fresh juiced fruit/veggies into my everyday life... even considering carrying…

Yes! I started MFP 14 days ago and have lost 7lbs so far! The only exercise I have done is walking, and having been staying around/under my calorie goals. Started the 30 Day Shred last night though! :)

Good luck girlies! And well done!! 30Day Shred is a workout dvd by Jillian Micheals.. google it! I would definitely say it's worth a try!

Thanks everyone! I guess everybody's bodies work in different ways! I think i'll benefit from cutting out bread and potatoes... potatoes are definitely a downfall for me! Every little helps I suppose. Never felt so determined! Thanks everyone and good luck to you all x
