I am 52 143 lbs and according to MFP data base if i did 1 hour of zumba I would burn 572 calories - According to my runkeeper if i did 1 hour of zumba i would burn 448 cals... so i would take the lower of the two...

I do not generally go there but if I have to grab something on the run my choices are south western grilled chicken salad with out the fritos sweet chile grilled chicken wrap

weigh naked first thing in the morning... you probably have some water weight going on there... I see our diary is not viewable...but keep an eye on your sodium intake, perhaps?

Water water water and protein... also ice baths are great for sore muscles. When I run long runs, I find the day or two after a slow recovery 2-3 mile run works out the sorness too.

generally I use the bike lane, unless I am directly in town (parking is on the side of the road) and the side walks are flat.

I live in Maine, it's cold here too - I run outside still...if I can do it - u sure can go inside the gym where it's toasty warm to work out...excuses smh

Doing a similar challenge now ...day 22 3 min plank when complete day 30 will be 5 min...can definitely see a difference in my arms and strength

I agree with this... out of the mouth of babes... tell her what is going on... start tracking our food as well as taking short walks (i noticed you have nothing logged) she can be a great support system even at 12 years old...grab that motivation, you can do it :)
