  • I just have protein and creatine before. Those pre-workouts aren't for me.the one I tried (razer 8) just felt like an energy drink to me. I hate energy drinks...I'm very sensitive to caffeine.

  • It will prompt you to reset in every 10 lbs or so. I recently went from lose 1 lb a week to lose .5 as getting closer and closer I add more and more, I want to be at maintain when I hit goal pretty much.
