There are a couple things that I noticed!... 1. You are eating way too many carbs versus protein in your diet. There was a day in there where you had 188 grams of carbs and only 40 or so of protein. It's funny that people are writing on here again because.....a year ago that seemed impossible and now I can burn 500 EASILY.....the other day I ran on the treadmill for 60 minutes (NSV for me) and burned 813 calories! What a great feeling!

Ok so I met with the trainer yesterday.....she seemed really great and put me through a hell of a workout. It was awesome.....BUT, I brought up the idea of 5X5 and she didn't like the concept at all. Great! Thank you for your input! I figured that HRMs don't work with lifting but, I wasn't sure. I also know that I am eating too many carbs and not enough protein in the day either. Great recommendations!

The weighing thing is a GREAT suggestion...sometimes we "eye" it and we are actually putting more food in our mouths than what we think... Also, what cardio are you doing 5-6 times a week? If it is ALWAYS the same thing then you should try shocking your body and change it up...for example..if you always use the treadmill…

I know that a lot of people don't like the artificial low calorie juice things like Crystal Light BUT....I LOVE them :smile: It makes me drink them so fast because they taste so good! The generic brand ones are just as good! Raspberry Lemonade is my favorite!!!

I used to be a big binge eater.....but to be honest, I don't anymore. I ordered the Fitbit flex because I got a great deal on it at a school I work at! I am really excited to use it....the question I have is what are your reasons for syncing it to MFP and also what are your reasons for NOT syncing it to MFP for those that don't! I can't wait to wear it!
