  • I lost 3kg, and after days 1 and 2 it was easy to stick to. I have carried on eating healthily and shall do the 7 day programme again in a month.
  • Yes Yarwell, anyone who does the diet or does the slighest reading on it discovers that the name is an urban myth. However the eating programme is real, with lots of people attempting it, some with great success.

  • I cook quinoa like cous cous - 2 parts water to one part quinoa, in a pot with the lid on over a low heat. Cook untill the water is gone. I can mix this with yogurt or ricotta and add berries and nuts or LSA mix. Just a bit lighter than the quinoa porrige.
  • Tall Glass, ice, vodka, soda water, chunk of fresh lime squeezed in and left in. A 25ml shot ( 0.84 US oz) is 50 to 60 calories dependant on brand.

  • This is what I have done and it has made a huge difference, Vodka, Soda and a slice of fresh lime squeezed in... only around 60 cals so it's easy to keep under daily calorie allowance.
  • What a great topic... Tomorrow I have both kiddwinks at home with me so it's hard to schedule in exercise.. 1. Do a mini circuit session in street/ garden for 20 mins 2. Go for a 30 min pram push 3. Be slightly under cals, as I was slightly over today. I'll let you know of my success tomorow!!!
