    Goals for Tuesday were:
    1.continue with my procrastination list because I am on a roll!! (specifically the hallway, bathrub & my bathroom.)
    2.get an outdoor walk done even though it is freezing cold!
    3. stay at calorie goal once again.

    I completed all 3 of these goals-until I over ate late lastnight

    Goals for Today are:
    1. continue with my procrastination list (specifically my bathrub & bathroom.)
    2.get week 2/day 3 of c25k done-rain or shine
    3. stay at calorie goal-NO BINGE EATING TONIGHT

    2/28's goals
    work on tax prep - no
    make reservations - yes
    30+ minutes aerobic exercise - yes
    pay bills - yes

    Leap Year goals:

    30 minutes aerobic exercise
    work on tax prep
    Clean vent upstairs.

    1. Drink 10 glasses of water- yes
    2. Log all food-yes
    3. Finish 1 homework assignment-yes
    4. Schedule doctor's appointment-yes
    5. Try to take dogs for a walk with hubby- no... too windy

    Goals for 2/29 were/are
    1. Drink 10 glasses of water
    2. Log all food
    3. Swim 2000 yards- done
    4. Work on presentation for homework

    My goals for today (2/29)

    1. Drink 10 cups of water - only 6
    2. Stay under 1500 calories - nope not today
    3. Burn 500 calories - Done
    4. Walk 12,000 steps - Done
    5. do two loads of laundry - Done
    6. Wash all floors in house - Nope
    7. Do daily challenges - Done

    What a great topic... Tomorrow I have both kiddwinks at home with me so it's hard to schedule in exercise..

    1. Do a mini circuit session in street/ garden for 20 mins
    2. Go for a 30 min pram push
    3. Be slightly under cals, as I was slightly over today.

    I'll let you know of my success tomorow!!!

    Oops,didn't do the mini circuit but did walk for 45 mins and cals were under!

    I completed 1 part of one of these goals. That makes the 2nd day of closing my diary under calorie and then eating late night! I will shoot for these same goals just for today.

    I always have a tougher time achieving my goals when my family is home.

    Last time I checked in here my goals were:

    Leap Year goals:

    30 minutes aerobic exercise DONE
    work on tax prep Yes, spent some time on this. Almost done.
    Clean vent upstairs. no

    3/3 Goals:

    Clean vent
    aerobic exercise
