Goals for 2/19
1. Drink 10 glasses of water- 9 so far and will have at least one more before bed
2. Finish small homework assignments- got some of them done, but not all
3. Laundry- DONE!!!! also part of why the homework is not done
4. Enjoy spending time with friends that are coming over- got to see my "nephew" and had lots of laughs with friends

3. Stay positive for my grandpa's surgery- he has an abdominal anuerism (sp?) and just turned 79 last monday

My name is Audra and I did MFP a while ago and lost 75 pounds, but after a rough pregnancy and a rough few years of having the baby, I am ready to get back into it.
I do good all day and then lose my will power at night time.
My goals for today are:

Hi everyone. This seems like a good idea. I've been using MFP for over a year now. I've lost some of my motivation, so I'm going to try this and see if I can gain momentum again with my weight loss. I eat well during the day - I just really struggle when I go home and start snacking on junk food in the house.
My goals today (2/20):
1- Brave the cold weather and take Zoe (my pup) for a walk.
2- Burn 300 calories doing Wii Zumba.
3- Limit my after-dinner snacking.0 -

My name is Donna and I just started with myfitnesspal yesterday. I am still learning how to navigate the sight but I am liking this! I am a mom of 4 beautiful girls and I have one amazing grandson.

Almost met my goals yesterday. I did have to eat a bowl of cereal after dinner as I didn't have enough calories for the day, but I did meet the other 2 goals.

I only got 2 miles done--BUT I did take my state's online class for a Food Worker's card (took about an hour) and now have that. Maybe I can get a job at a restaurant or deli now as there doesn't seem to be much else available!

Hi everyone..... I have missed reading your posts and chatting with you all..
I am back from my trip from Ohio...what a challange eating out 3 meals a day. I think I did pretty good. I drank lots of water and walked around a lot. Getting weighed first thing tomorrow morning...but then have to go for a 4 hour glocuse tolerance test. Not sure how all this sugar is going to effect me or show on the scale.
I had to do approximations for most of my meals. I even turned down a dinner invitation for Cheesecake Factory after looking up their menu on line and reading about the nutritional content of their food. (There was no way I could have gone there without getting the cheesecake and the calories for a slice of cheesecake started at 500 calorries.)
I will post my goals tomorrow when I get back.0 -

It was a better day. I did MUCH better both at portion sizes and making good choices. Now I only have to do that again today!
I only walked a little over a mile but I got a strength workout in during the afternoon.
