I am doing the 3 mile and my son is joining me with his mate. I will run off and they will go at their own pace. It's about raising money and having fun, not who can run it in the fastest time! Go for it :happy:

That;s what my mates said. LMAO! I keep checking and checking, I ju8st suppose it loged my first mile wrong and I did actually run in near 7.5/8 min miles. I said I would do better chasing a rabbit at the dog track :drinker:

I have been running properly 3/4 times a week for 5 months and can run my 5k in just under 28 mins so I would say you are doing amazing, you must have a natural talent! Go you!

Get some creatine capsules or drink and take straight after training. They will not only help the muscles recover, they also help them grow and you don't get the aching feeling the next morning :happy:

My first 5k run was in 34mins 28 and I had to walk some of that as I hadn't previously trained much. I now run them in around 28 minutes after 4 months of proper running 3/4 times a week. My fastest is 27mins 30 but I would like to be able to run one in around 26. I think you did really well and it's all about working on…

Recommended doses are often aimed at body builders not people who don't want the same effects as a BB. Of course you can ignore it and of course I won't take offence but I work within the industry I am not just one person taking the product :-)
