Hi. I am training for the 100k Thames Path Chellenge at the end of September and did my 50k training walk on saturday in 30 degree heat. Gatorade pre workout
Hey, just a quickie, I have been given the Gatorade trio (pre, during, post) to trial and I was just wondering if anyone had tried the pre workout and then gone for a run? If so did it improve your performance or did you struggle with oxygen? Thanks in advance :-) Katie

Glucosamine and Epilepsy
Hi. Quite a tricky question unless you are in the know... My friend has epilepsy and she is suffering from aching knees after running. I will be doing this with my 12 year old son and 11 year old Nephew. Its a walk of 17 miles in the peak district. Just wondered how people prepare for walks like this? It is for the British Heart Foundation :-) Any advice on training would be greatly received as I am a runner but have the kids to stop me doing that :-)

well chuffed, fastest 5k ever for me!
Just been put round the lake in blazing heat and done my pb on 5k! 22mins 26 secs! Well chuffed. Continued to finish 8k in 42m 46s! Am pooped but proud and happy :-)
