how many calories does 30ds burn, level 1?

    normally i burn 215 but im almost at 170 x

    your best bet is to log it as 20 minutes of circuit training if you don't have an HRM. A lot of people with HRMs on this site have said that calculation is pretty spot-on.

    It would also depend on how much you put into it, I've had different readings on days i've not been as energetic!!

    It really depends not only on how much you weigh, but on your fitness level. I usually burn below 100 cals for levels 1 + 2 (I'm around 159 lbs currently), but someone else at my weight could be burning way more than that. That's why I like my HRM, means I'm not assuming that my burn is way more than it really is.
