I am a size 12 uk and always buy my coats in a 14 as I wear a jumper underneath too. I would return and go for large then at least you can wear jumpers underneath in the winter. Coat sizes don't matter :)

I sell Xenadrine but don't really recommend it for joe bloggs. I recommend it for body builders or people who are pre competition. I don't take it myself as it makes me too hyper but my husband uses it and it works for him as he uses weights 5 times a week. Supplements should only really be used with professional advice :)

What stroke are you doing? Are you vigorously swimming or gently? I find when I swim I burn around 550 in an hour but I steam it and really feel it :-)

I will be starting to take Aminomax when I do my next workout. I have read up on it and will give it a go to see if I benefit from it. It contains BCAA. It says it delivers Amino acids and also contains Leucine. I am upping my workouts so should feel the benefit of less aching and hopfulyy my muscles will recover quicker…

I run a lot and exercise nearly everyday and I am used to constantly aching now. It doesn't hurt though. Do you hurt?

I classed myself as overweight when I was a child. My daughter is classed as obese. She is 5 and 55lbs. Saying this she is the height of an average 7year old. We have monitered her since she was under 2 and had thyroid tests and Prada Willi tests done on her and metabolic tests etc. We now don't weigh her and consistently…

Hi. Just to let you know my mate is doing a diet and has been since january of 400 cals a day, sometimes up to 800. She is tiny but says she would rather have my physique as I am toned. I would worry for her and try to advise but in the long run she will do what she likes. What works for some doesn't work for others :-)

Of course it is! You do not HAVE to exercise everyday. If you are tired you won't be getting anything out of the exercise anyway. They suggest a day between exercising to recoup the body anyway :-)!

I know how you feel! I have been using MFP for the last 6 weeks and have actually put 4lbs on! :-(. I am exercising between 3-5 times per week and having looked at my progress food report have gone over calories but never over 1800 at any one time. I know the average person needs 2000 cals a day but my average is 1200 a…
