I have had mine for almost three weeks and love it. I wear it all the time. It motivates me to move. I love that it tracks my sleep activity. I love it and glad I bought it.

I have had my FITBIT for about a week and haven't had any problems. It took me a couple of days and a couple of questions to other users but all is well so far. I really like the sleep feature too. Maybe I can help?

Chewing gum helps me A LOT with the hunger feeling. It usually does tide me over. My favorites to chew are the Ice Breaker Ice Cubes in Bubble Breeze, Cool Lemon or Peppermint.

Personally, I chew gum and drink a lot of fluids. I am an iced tea person more than water but trying to change that. I know if I don't eat a filling meal at meal time, I am a goner and will snack. If I eat a good meal and then stay busy (either with activity or gum chewing) I do better. GOOD LUCK!

I completely agree with you when you say "this has got to work." I have waited and waited and waited to feel like I have hit "rock bottom" and I think I may finally be here.
