The first step in recovery is admitting you have a problem. Well, Houston we have a problem. I just did my measurements and WOWZA! I didn't know that my hips were even capable of being that big. *shaking my head, and crying*
Some of you are probably wondering why I'm posting a NSV after doing my measurements well it's because it is a victory. I have been putting it off for a really long time because I didn't want to face the facts.
So, today my NSV is facing the facts....and oh...it SUCKS!

Way to go for being brave and just doing the measurements! The numbers might not be what you wanted to see, but at least you know where your journey is starting from and you can mark you progress instead of never really knowing what your numbers are. I hope your enthusiasm continues, and definitely take note of all the NSV's you can, the scales (and the measuring tape) aren't the only way to gauge success!

Good job measuring! Just think next time you measure it will be another NSV because your measurements will be smaller!

That's great even if you don't like the results. Being realistic is a great step toward reaching your goals.
