did my pre-work walk this morning for 30 minutes for 299 calories burned. Yesterday I did my pre-work walk(285) then in the evening did wii zumba for one hour forty minutes for 1531calories. For a total of 1816 calories burn yesterday!!

There are no failure only minor speed bumps just get back up and redo!! I have been working out everyday this week just have not been able to update it on the forum. so far day I did my pre-work walk for 30 minutes and 285 calories gone!!

I usually still go and do the sociallizing and just dont partake in the desserts. But my whole office knows that i am trying to lose weight so they just tell me how well I am doing and that they wish they could stay away from the cake!!

No i purchased a cheap heart rate monitor with a chest strap at wal-mart for about fifty dollars. It is a universal sportsline and thats what I usa to track my calories!!

I personally try not ot eat back my exercise calories!! But I think thats a personal decision!!
