This morning I did a 45 minute workout and burned 627 calories. Last night I did the same workout but burned 896 calories. I typically burn at least seven hundred in my evening workouts. This is the first morning workout I have done with it and I was pretty sleeping when I started!!

I love my wii Zumba!! My boyfriend bought it for me for christmas!! It took me a little while to get the moves down as fast as she moves since I had never done Zumba before. But I got it now and I love the calorie burn it gives me!!

Saturday- 30 minutes on teh elliptical and walked a half a mile Sunday- 45 minutes of wii zumba So far today 45 minutes of wii zumba

Lat night I did Zumba for the Wii and burned 732 calories. This morning aI did a 30 minute walk and burned 218 calories!

I didn't get any more exercise in yesterday other than my elliptical workout. So far today I have done the biggest loser on the wii for 232 calories!!

Yesterday I did another two miles for a total of four miles and about 897 calories. Today I have begun my day at the gym on the elliptical for 20 minutes and burning about 335 calories!!

Yesterday I only ending up with my four miles of walking and burning 957 calories. I have started this morning out with two miles and somewhere about 445 calories. Hopefully I will get two more in at lunch and then workout this evening!!

Friday night- biggest loser cardio 30 min 315 calories Saturday- aerobics general 30 minutes 363 calories Sunday Wii biggest loser 30 minutes 363 Today so far a brisk walk for 20 minutes 278 calories!!

Yesterday I was only able to fit in my 30 min walk and burned 218 cal. But today I will do much better already got my thirty min walk in at 228 cal now to go home and see what else I can do!!

There is no specific criteria. We are just trying to keep ourselfs motivated to get our butts up and do something even if it is only for thirty minutes. I use the Wii fit, Biggest Loser and just got Zumba for the Christmas!! I like the biggest loser and zumba the best but my son likes wii fit.

My migraines are triggered by knots in my back muscles which for me are caused by stress!! Usually a deep massage and lots of water will keep them away for at least a few weeks. I know that alot of people get deep tissue massage during pregnancy. Hope this helps!!

I stew four tomatoes then peel then and dice them. Then place dices tomotaes and all juices into a pan. Add sliced okra, cut up onions and some bacon(if your not trying to be to healthy that day or you can leave it out). Add salt and pepper. Simmer until okra is done. Makes for a great side dish! I can relate I was drinking nothing but Dr Pepper two years ago. I set a number for me to have each day and the next week dropped the number by one until I was completely off of them!! Hope this helps!!
