This was on Australia's state site. Looking for one specific to Salmon in Australia on the state site. http://www.abc.net.au/news/2014-01-09/tasmania-extends-gmo-ban/5193008 That link came from this search - http://www.australia.gov.au/funnelback/search?collection=gov_combined&extra_all_num_ranks=3&form=simple&query=GMO

I really don't like Mercola either, but in this case, as least in regards to GMOs, the article is accurate. The information confirming that is everywhere you'd have to be blind on the Internet to not have seen it.
-
It's the Internet, not a college thesis. The writer of the article is not obliged to list sources. It's great if they do, but we as consumers should be capable of doing our own research. Just because this person didn't cite sources doesn't mean it's not true.
-
This article may lack citations, but it's common knowledge that a lot of this is true. For example, GMOs. Pretty much all of Europe bans them or at least requires them to be labeled as such, and many, many other countries do and you can find this information via various trustworthy news sources or the state in questions…

I've done P90X, X2, and Insanity and I love T25. Short and sweet but still a challenging workout.
-
Krampus! Awesome!!!

You go right ahead, I'll say Merry Christmas! It's my right to say that just as much as it's your right to say Happy Holidays.

I've done P90X 4 times, Insanity (and the Asylum) once and just did T25. They are all great, but provide different results. ALL are highly effective. BUT, I think overall P90X is the most effective if for no other reason than strength training is key to losing weight.
-
The burn on the different workouts can vary greatly as well. As a 220 pound guy, I could push nearly 1000 calories with Plyo, but maybe 450 with cardio X. And the strength, while aerobic in nature, isn't going to necessarily register a super accurate burn with the heart rate monitor. Generally they require a steady state…

So is ignorance.....

<Ok why not.....

I like good, "stupid" comedy as much as the next guy, but I don't watch the show because of the pedophile character. I refuse to support a show that glorifies or reduces pedophilia to slapstick humor. But that's me, to each his own I guess if it floats your boat.

Add me be glad to help.

I think my fitness inspires my wife, she does a lot of the same stuff as me. But, I'm 44 and have an 11 month old son. I have always tried to be healthy for myself, but now I have a new purpose so nothing and no one will get in the way of me doing everything I can do to be around as long as possible for my son, even my…

Exactly. It's entertainment, that is all. I will bet good money that those that take offence at the show's depictions of "nerds" have laughed at other stereotypes at some point in their life that would be highly offensive to that stereotype. Hypocrisy abounds. That being said, I'm sure the show does offend at times...look…

I'm pretty sure what they mean is that an off-duty copy may still have some cuffs, a badge, or other indication that he is a cop, not a guy just carrying a gun, albeit legally.

EXACTLY!!! You are alive! Just like our perception here is that in Australia every step you take might be your last because a 20ft Saltie will eat you, or some freaky poisonous spider the size of a dinner plate will attach itself to your face vis a vis Alien, your perception is that it's the wild wild west here and…

Interesting thanks. I have read so much on both and I can say it's about 50/50 for or against either. The only negative I have heard about the fitbit is that some think it's a bit off, and the BFM is that it's a little cumbersome and not waterproof. Frankly I think I might get both, because I need something for my wife and…

So to the two that responded they love their fitbit, what is it specifically you love? The whole package or is their one aspect of it you really like?

Great input thank you!
