I generaly bring an apple or banana for a mid morning snack and by lunch I'm hungry but not starved. So I can eat a salad and cottage cheese for lunch and easily be full. The key is small healthy meals through out the day so that you don't feel starved or have a crazy Craving!

I have a crazy sweet tooth but I'm working at eating fruit when I crave the sweets. I'll try the sipping rather than chugging water. Thanks!
