I'm in. I think this is such a great idea. Do we have an official date and time? :) oh and yass great way to release pain for your lliotibial syn. Is using the foam roller, also the IT band compression wrap physicians have used this method in relieve stress and pain on site. :)

What do you guys think of the bench shirts? Have you tried it before? Is there a big difference in weight you lift? Just curious.

Weight lifting doesn't involve much of a cardio unless you do super sets. Super sets are when you don't have breaks between different exercises. For example I would do squats have 30sec break between sets and then hurry and start my next exercise such as lunges. :) if you aren't comfortable with your weight lifting yet do…

What what that's awesome. It's so great feeling crapy because you want to get back to feeling clean and healthy again. Maybe you can switch up your work out you might have gotten on a plateau.

Hmmm it can be multiple problems. Your shoe may have to much of an arch causing your foot to contract and cramp up causing you pain. Or the form of you lunges may be a little rocky make sure your front foot shin is straight with your back. Make sure you are breathing some ppl like to hold there breath. Lol hope this…

I'm weighing 144lbs and my goal is 125. I'm looking to put on muscle mass so I might weigh more but hopefully be slender in my fat mass. :)
