i take a can pumpkin and add it to non-fat vanilla yogurt. then add cinnamon and nutmeg- yumm!. or a can of pumpkin to a box of spice cake mix and you make cookies out of it .they are really moist.

i've noticed that. i'm about the same weight as i was in high school, but not the same size. in high school i was an 18 and now i'm a 12,....so go figure.
