My husband and I are starting to make the transition too. He suffers from severe acid reflux and I feel like a more plant based diet will be beneficial for him in the long run. I'm doing it with his to be supportive so he's not doing it alone.

I do a egg white spinach omlete with a tbsp part skim mozzarrella cheese, 2 turkey bacon, and a big glass of water. some days if I'm really hungry i have that protein shake instead of water.

try to seesaw your cal. intake. that usually gets things moving.
-
10 you're gorgeous!
-
my thoughts exactly. Girly, you worked your butt off in those thirty days! be proud!!
-
ohhh man this had me cracking up.
-
exactly. i prolly would have given the cashier my two cents about her attitude in her place of work while she's on duty, then go straight to the manager. her judgement was uncalled for.
-
exactly!
-
i prolly would have told the store manager about the attitude of the cashier. who does she think she is to judge you on the food you eat???

for snacking, i keep roasted whole natural almonds around. it curbs my hunger just enough to last me till my next full meal. I also keep fig newtons and 90 cal. cereal bars nearby, just in case i want to change it up.

I have a 14 month also. I usually do my p90x workout while she's down for her nap (usually between 2-3 hours). My husband works ALL day during the week, so it's just me and her. I also have a jogging stroller, so i get in some good cardio too when we're outside.

this happened to me recently. i was doing fine in dropping weight, but then i stopped. i was eating 1300 cal/day, so i thought i wasn't fueling my body enough to keep up with all the exercise i was doing. so i upped my calorie intake to 1450 for a few days, then dropped it back to 1300 for a day or 2, then upped it again…

are you having a problem with snacking on unhealthy foods?
-
I'm recently new too(: we all need a great support! feel free to add me

you can definitely see the difference! progress is a slow process, but the results in the end are so worth it. I'm starting over on my p90x...i tried doing it before my breast reduction, but my girls kept getting in the way, and not to mention my back problems. but now i'm fit to go one month after surgery(:
