I have the same problem! i always have a snack though between 9-10...and then again around 2-3...but then come 4 and i'm hungry AGAIN and i really dont want to eat until about 6 because i'm trying not to eat past 8pm....its so frustrating!

well i kicked day 4's *kitten*!!! everything is getting easier except the side lunges w/ arm raises! they are the death of me! but i've always been horrible with the vertical arm lifts. hope everyone is doing good....my calves are still killing me all day!

Wow....so because i'm SOOO sore...i have to use the damn handicap bathroom stall to slowly sit down and lift myself up LMAO.... i hope day 3 is a little better...dont get me wrong No pain no gain....so i'm on the road to success..but DAMN!

Day 2 COMPLETE! feel so good to know its out of the way!!...now i can enjoy my day! I didnt think i was going to be able to do it because when i woke up i could barely walk! But i just keep imagining what the end results will be and i'm then motivated!!! :) Good luck to everyone on their workout today!!!!
