  • get the FT4 polar....from amazon, was $70 when i bought mine & cheapest i've found. I love mine! i wear it at least 5 days a week and its been going strong for about a year now! So happy with my purchase and the band around my chest is comforable too. Hope this helps ur decision!

  • do you experience it in your arch? it may be plantar fasciitis...if so you can freeze a water bottle and roll your foot on it to loosen the tightness in your foot. I have foot pain because of that as well as rheumatoid arthritis :( i hope you find the help you need!

  • there is PB2, i dont know if they sell it in the UK but its 45 calories for 2 tbsp and i actually like it and i'm a peanut butter lover. BUT my all time fav kind is Skippy ALL NATURAL. as long as you dont eat too much PB you will be okay. 2 tbsp wont hurt your diet in my opinion :)

  • i go to zumba all the time...its my passion....and let me tell you...they LOVE when men join the class!!! it just makes it so much fun!
