My husband likes to pick me up sweets to. i know he is trying to be sweet but.... So I just kept asking him not to. Now he only does about once a month when he knows Ill have big chocolate cravings lol

I take fiber supplements. Doctor says they are good to take and they make you full. They make you a little bloated for the first day or two but thats it. Good Luck!

I hope so. Because I am almost exactly in the same boat and losing very little weight. I lost 30 pounds when I started a year ago but have lost little since november :(

I know how you feel. I have 4 kids. I stay home with them and going to the gym is my break for the day :) I have restricted my calories attempt to go the gym 5 times a week and only take sundays off from the dieting. Like have a muffin or something and I am still not losing much fun :( Would love some new friends with tips…
