Not so new, but starting over

I've been using MFP off and on (mostly off) since 2010. I lost quite a bit of weight and got in great shape last year while training for a benefit run thanks to MFP and now that the winter laziness has taken its toll on me I am jumping back in with hopes that I can get it right this time and not just sloth out at the end of the season. My goal is to get down to 165 and get really lean for the summer. Currently I'm at a wallowing 188 and kind of hit the breaking point today where I looked in the mirror and hated what I saw.
