Yay so proud of myself. Kept kitchen closed after 730 of course I got in bed at 8 so that made it easier!

I just decided that I need to log after work... which means I will see what I can have for dinner/snack and workout left... right now, I realize I better workout a little longer than I first thought.... I think this may help me, I used to log at the end of day, but sometimes I'm just too tired, or don't get to it....

I hear ya... Since going gluten free it has become more difficult to eat out ... its limited my choices a great deal which is actually OK... sometimes if we go out.. I save up calories to just have some GF dessert. But I am amazed at how much less I need to eat these days :)

I have a medifast shake on ice on my desk at all times... I just drink a little bit every once in a while... it gives me the vitamins/minerals I need and the water that I tend to forget...it helps keep my blood sugar more stable and I don't get lightheaded :) Try somesort of smoothie/nutritional drink...

I teach fifth grade and luckily we all have our own bathrooms cuz we are in portables... So I can get most of my water intake...although it is still difficult tot get in all8 waters.... No chocolate in my classroom...I only have candy that I don't like! I plan all my meals once. A week so it's super easy to grab and go.…

I am gluten free / wheat free... I can tolerate spelt and ryekrisps.... I agree about the donuts and bagels, etc... I ask myself.. do I REALLY NEED donuts anyway :) ....
