Hi there, I just signed up yesterday...my calories are 1200..and I'm very excited about losing 20LBS..would like to meet some new folks! food ideas, exercise...I can't wait to shed these pounds!0

I am eating about 1300 + exercise calories right now... I am thinking about upping it to 1400 + exercise though... everywhere I research is saying that I am too low right now. I am losing weight but only about a pound a week right now. You are welcome to check out my food diary/friend me if you'd like

I am 1370 but during the week I add 300 to that with exercise which makes life much easier!

I just joined today so there isn;t much to choose from but that will change over time. I aim for 1200-1300. I eat very low carb which may or may not interest you. My diary is open.0

I'm supposed to be at 1320. Just, uh, ignore the last like 3/4 days? I was eating A LOT more than usual because I was recovering from surgey. >.> The ones before that are MUCH better (and under 1000 lol)0

Feel free to friend me. I am new to this site, but have been on a journey since September 2010. I have lost 63 lbs and maintaining since April. I am working on my last 7 lbs, hoping to hit 135 by March 2 (my birthday). I am currently on a rigid eating pattern. 40% P 40% C 20% F. I have my calorie goal set at 900 but my plan really is 1400 calories. I dropped the calorie goal down to allow for 500 calorie burn and then the report graph looks correct. I don't eat my calories back (the ones I have burned with exercise).0
