I lost over 80 pounds eating a whole food, plant based diet. I eat tons of fruit and vegetables including potatoes. I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was 21. I was on the pill for a few months prior to changing my diet, but am not on anything now.

You lose weight by creating a calorie deficit. Cardio is a great way to speed up the weight loss process by creating a bigger calorie deficit. Watching what you eat is the bigger challenge and is the first thing people should focus on. You can't out exercise a bad diet.

Our weight fluctuates daily. And not to sound gross, but how often we eliminate will affect the number on the scale as well.
