I don't take protein supplement but i do take an omega supplment and it has 70 calories per serving. I count those calories because to me a calorie is a calorie. There are so many nice trails by my house in el cajon. We went today right before it started raining. Our pup loved it! We had a great time and didn't even feel like i was burning caloried but 2 hours and over 800 calories burned, awesome day!

You should always eat your exercise calories. Say for imstance you are on 1200 net calories. If you burn 500 calories with exercise then you need to eat 500 more calories to make the net of 1200 calories. thanks everyone! it still amazes me and i am a bit reluctant still because my weight loss has been successful thus far. i will continue to use the HRM and see how it goes with eating more (since now i know i am burning more than i thought) hopefully the weight continues to come off

i buy seasonal fruit and veggies. i tried buying in bulk however things go bad too quickly since it is just me and my husband. we don't go out to eat as much which is helping off set the cost a little but we never really went out a lot to begin with. i just wish i could buy food and not have to worry about costs.

i was thinking about this today as well! i am almost at 10 lbs lost in 1 month and i still have a lot to go. is the next ten more difficult? will i hit a slump like i have heard others do? what a coincidence that you posted this. curious to see what others have to say

for road trips i like to dice up some watermelon and keep in a tupperware on the center console with a fork. it will keep you hydrated too! but for salty cravings try granola, various nuts, etc.

i weigh myself at the gym 6 days a week. once before i start working out and then once before i leave for home. i only record weights from friday's weigh ins. weighing myself often during the week is almost like i am watching the weight fall off! very motivating

Everyone has a first time so don't worry about not doing things right. It will get easier the more you go. My gym has a big window into the group classes. I watched one week and the next week i was doing zumba!! I had no clue what i was doing. Ask the people at the front desk about classes and what you should bring.

You may not feel the difference but you certainly can see a difference. Congratulations! Nearly 30 pounds in two months is a lot to lose. Be careful you're not losing too fast.
