Instead of snacking like that.. Perdue has individually wrapped chicken breasts that have 130 calories each. and you can make your self a salad. so You can have chicken and a salad for about 200 calories. or have some progresso soup=200 calories. Those would actually be almost true meals....

eat some nuts.... for the past 2 days I have been snacking on pecans... You will be surprised.... .5 of a cup is almost 500 :noway: calories.....

LOL.... I feel the same way with peanut butter... I used to hate it, but now I am addicted!!! .yeah I have not had chocolate in a while.. Hopefully I can resist. :)

I have actually formed a habit and started to eat really late at night but only on the weekends. I am trying to brake it but its so so so hard... I came back from vacation on sunday and monday I was back on MFP and ready to go. So far 3 days and I have done well...hopefully I can continue and get down to my goal...

Yeah, I understand the thing about losing weight and not feeling it. My pants are not even lose on me or anything. They feel normal. Hopefully with the next few pounds the size will go down too :)

I burnt 517 calories. 4 miles running, 10 min on the treadclimber. I usually dont count walking or weightlifting :)

What do you guys think about that diet. This is my 1st day on it and by the end of the day I was craving some fruit or somehting sweet so bad. So i had .25 of a scone. Is it ok if I incorporate some fruit into it???
